Sophie Allport was brought up in Potterhanworth, just outside Lincoln. She was at school in the city and later went to Leeds Metropolitan University where she graduated in 1994 with an impressive first class honours degree in Graphic Art and Design, specialising in illustration.

The homewares business was founded in 2007 by designer Sophie and her accountancy trained brother Jem. The quintessentially British brand is famous for its fine bone china and kitchen fabrics but we are also proud to bring you an exciting and fresh range of bed linen.
