Delivery Information

There is a £7.95 charge for delivery to mainland UK, with free delivery when you spend £100 or more. Delivery charges to other destinations can be found in the table below.

Delivery to UK mainland addresses are normally delivered within 1-7 working days from receipt of your order to us. Subject to goods being in stock. (During busy periods and for special items, we may need to order in from suppliers and will be happy to give delivery times).

All products are sent by Courier and a signature is required on delivery of the product. 

Shortages / damages must be reported to the company within 10 days of delivery.

Please Note: We will adhere where we can to specific instructions but if the customer requests us not to take a signature on delivery, it has to be at your own risk.

In some circumstances we may have to contact you regarding the quoted Delivery Price for International deliveries. These are based on an average size parcel only and, although we will always try and pack as small as possible, sometimes it may be necessary to charge a supplement. We will contact you first if this is the case.
